Shaitan is a 2011 Hindi thriller film, directed by Bejoy Nambiar starring Rajeev Khandelwal,Kalki Koechlin, Gulshan Devaiya , Shiv Pandit, Neil Bhoopalam, Kirti Kulhari, Rajit Kapoor,Pawan Malhotra and Raj Kumar Yadav. The film was released on June 10, 2011.

Story line: The film starts off with Amy, who is a mentally disturbed girl deeply affected by the attempted suicide and eventual institutionalization of her mother. She moves from Los Angeles to Mumbai, where she meets KC (Gulshan Devaiya). KC introduces her to his gang - Dash (Shiv Pandit), Zubin (Neil Bhoopalam) and Tanya (Kirti Kulhari). They lead the particularly directionless life of Indian youngsters, having fun drinking, using drugs and driving around in a Hummer and on one such occasion, they run over 2 people in a scooter. They quickly leave but are traced down by a slimy cop, who demands 25 lakhs to make the case go away. They hatch a plot to kidnap Amy, who volunteers to be kidnapped. The event quickly turns into a media circus, which puts pressure on the youngsters who go on a gruesome and disturbing killing spree. KC kills a man who attempts to rape Tanya, then nearly kills Tanya herself when he thinks she called the police, while she had actually called her sister. Zubin, who has feelings for Tanya, escapes from the group after seeing a bloodied, unconscious Tanya and is eventually arrested by the police. He confesses everything and the police trace down the slimy cop, who is nearly killed in the chase. Then using technology, they trace down Dash, KC and Amy to a church. KC had called his father to help them out (which led to cops to the church), but Dash disagrees with him and Dash eventually kills KC after their disagreement turns into a bloody fight. Dash himself is then killed by the now high-on-cocaine Amy, who has a violent flashback about her dead mother trying to drown her (while she was a kid), while Dash holds her down in the church. She then stabs Dash to his death, ending the mayhem. Another parallel story line is the life of the cop played by Rajeev Khandelwal, who nearly divorces his wife but gets back together with her as the story progresses and eventually ends. He plays the role of an uptight cop who is not hesitant to be bad to get good done, and on one such occasion, he nearly kills a person and is suspended because of it.

Production: Director Bejoy Nambiar, who assisted Mani Ratnam in Guru, approached Kalki Koechlin to play a role in the movie. But since the film was not moving for two years, Anurag Kashyap agreed to produce it on a smaller budget.

Bheja Fry 2 is an upcoming Indian film. It was scheduled to release in 1st week of April, but postponed further to June 17, 2011. It is the sequel to the 2007 film Bheja Fry.

Cast: Vinay Pathak as Bharat Bhushan, Minissha Lamba as Ranjini, Amol Gupte as Raghu Burman, Kay Kay Menon as Ajit Talwar, Suresh Menon as M. T. Shekharan, Rahul Vohra as Kapoor.

Sound Track: The music of the film is composed by Ishq Bector, Sneha Khanwalkar, and Sagar Desai. Lyrics are penned by Shree D., Sonny Ravan, and Shakeel Azmi.

Bollywood Upcoming Movie "Murder 2" Photos, Cast and Production

Murder 2 is an upcoming Bollywood erotic thriller film and the sequel to the 2004 film Murder. The film stars Emraan Hashmi and Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead. It is directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Mukesh Bhatt. It is scheduled for release on July 8, 2011. The theatrical trailer of the film was revealed on June 1, 2011 and also along with the film Ready. The film has been given an 'A' certificate from the Indian Censor Board.

Cast: Emraan Hashmi, Jacqueline Fernandez, Prashant Narayanan, Sudhanshu Pandey, Sandeep Sikand, Shweta Kawatra...Special appearance and Yana Gupta...Special appearance in song "Aa Zara Karib Se".

Production: Murder 2 has been inspired by legendary stories of such serial killers and other dark characters like psychopaths. It is rumoured to be inspired by films like Saw and Hostel. Some of these stories have been myths while others are facts but Bhatts and director Mohit Suri have tried to incorporate those elements which are the most intriguing", informs a source, "You pick up any major city in India and it has it's own story to tell when it comes to such serial killings. Mumbai has its own share while Delhi too has it's own. Goa setting comes into picture here because it again has a history of serial killers."

The film was shot in Mumbai and Goa. Earlier, Bipasha Basu was offered the part of the leading lady, but she refused. The part then went to Jacqueline Fernandez. Bipasha Basu was also offered the part of the item number titled "Aa Zara Karib Se", but also refused, and hence the song was given to Yana Gupta.

The song "Hale Dil" had to be re-shot to make it more suitable for television promos.
